SPINACH & FETA BÖREK
Hand-rolled layers packed with garden spinach and creamy feta. A Rosebery regular's favourite.
TURKISH BAKERY & CAFÉ · ROSEBERY, SYDNEY
Hand-rolled pastry, family recipes and a proper Turkish breakfast, baked fresh every morning since 2015. Pull up a chair, pour a çay and dig in.
OUR STORY
Börek is paper-thin pastry, stretched by hand and layered or coiled around savoury fillings, then baked until golden. Crisp outside, soft and creamy inside, it's best eaten warm with a glass of Turkish tea.
Rose Borek began with our father in Rosebery in 2015, and it's still a family business that treats every customer like family. Everything is made in-house from scratch, from mixing the dough to baking, with nothing outsourced. Our rule is simple: we don't serve anything we wouldn't eat ourselves.
BREAKFAST & LUNCH
Start the day the Istanbul way with our Turkish Big Breakfast, then come back at lunch for a homemade köfte sandwich and a glass of çay.
Our most-loved plate: börek, eggs, olives, salad, honey and cream.
Homemade köfte in fresh Turkish bread.
Spiced Turkish sausage, eggs and fresh simit.
Turkish tea, Turkish coffee and barista coffee.
“One of the best Turkish breakfast that I had, everything was so fresh and delicious.”

MADE FROM SCRATCH
Everything is made in-house from scratch. No frozen shortcuts, no preservatives, just four steps we've repeated every morning since 2015.
Soft dough is kneaded and rested in our Rosebery kitchen at dawn.
Thin sheets meet spinach and feta, spiced mince or potato and onion.
Each börek is coiled by hand into our signature rose spiral.
Crisp outside, tender within, and out of the oven by opening time.
